Returns & Refunds

At Balbalec Pioneersoft Solutions, we want you to love your home — and your furniture. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most standard items within 14 days of purchase or delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition

  • Items must be returned with original packaging, tags, and receipt

  • Items must be free of stains, scratches, damage, or signs of wear

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or special-order furniture

  • Assembled or modified items

  • Clearance and “as-is” items

  • Mattresses or bedding (unless unopened and unused)

  • Gift cards

3. Refund Process

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after the return is processed.

  • Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or we made an error.

  • If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund in some cases.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damage/defect

  • Your order number or receipt

  • A brief description of the issue

We will repair, replace, or refund your item as appropriate — at no extra cost to you.

5. Return Methods

You may return eligible items:

  • In-store at our Louisville showroom

  • By mail, at your own expense (unless the item was defective or incorrect)

Please contact us before returning by mail so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, based on stock availability. If you prefer a different item or color, let us know, and we’ll help you find a suitable replacement.
