1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer local delivery within the Louisville, KY area and surrounding regions. For locations outside our delivery zone, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options.
2. Delivery Options
We provide the following delivery services:

Local Delivery (Standard):
Furniture is delivered to your home by our in-house team or a trusted delivery partner.

➤ Delivery fees vary by location and order size -
White Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade):
Includes in-home delivery, assembly, and placement in the room of your choice, plus removal of packaging materials.

Store Pickup (Free):
You may choose to pick up your order from our Louisville location during business hours. We’ll notify you when it’s ready.
3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

For custom or made-to-order pieces, processing and delivery times will vary. Estimated timelines will be provided at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping and delivery charges are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for in-store purchases. Fees are based on:

5. Delivery Appointments
You will be contacted to schedule a delivery window once your item is ready to ship. Please ensure someone 18+ is present to receive and inspect the delivery.
If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
6. Delivery Issues & Damages
Please inspect all items at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, defects, or missing parts:

Report the issue immediately to the delivery team, and

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the problem
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

While we aim for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to weather, supplier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any changes and do our best to minimize inconvenience.
